What are the exact steps to reproduce this issue?
We have had the forms and tables in version 1.16
We’ve upgrated to version 1.31
Result - some forms lost the links to their fields, i.e. when you are trying to open them it saying that you need to add at least one field. It has happened randomly with some forms - while some survived.

I’m sorry to hear that you had issues with the update. In production, we use the same migrations that we provide in the images for self-hosters, and neither we nor any other users have reported similar issues during updates across any versions from 1.16 to 1.31. At the moment, I have no clear idea of what might have gone wrong in your case. I would recommend restoring from the backup made before 1.16 and upgrading one version at a time to see if the issue appears in any of the intermediate versions.
