(Zapier, Qualtrics, Baserow) Qualtrics to Baserow field maps suddenly stopped populating.

Hey all,

I just recently started having an issue where certain fields suddenly stopped porting over data from my Qualtrics into Baserow. Randomly on Friday I saw an error on my field maps for an entry and noticed on latest tests that multiple fields that were previously fine, all of a sudden were not recording results anymore. One field just says the question does not exist anymore (the question wording was different to begin with, it only recently messed up), and other fields that are missing have no errors on Zap, but aren’t being ported to Baserow. It’s weird because the same fields are populating in the following Google Sheets. I was wondering what steps I could take from possibly refreshing caches or something!

Hi @gazir, welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of this sudden issue. I’d love to get to the bottom of this to udnerstand why this has happened.

Just to be certain - was nothing changed within your baserow’s table that is being used in this automation? A field name changed for example or type changed or anything like that? I’m just trying to rule out some possible explanations for this to get a better understanding where this issue could stem from.
